Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

The last release was technically only officially for 1.15.4 and 1.15.5 was never officially supported by osTicketAwesome it seems. The last release was October of 2021...
The dev doesn't seem very active lately either. Has me concerned about my purchase now.
that seems a little worrying i agree. I noted that it says an update would be available in less than a week of a osticket release however, osticket 1.16 was released on the 8th. so a little over a week. 🙁

Planning on install this weekend, I will let you know how I get on.
Install seems ok. But seems to be version 1.16 not the 1.16.1 as shown on osticket.com

Yes, I am all caught up now. I quietly posted 4 new versions over the past few days, including osTicket Awesome for osTicket 1.16.1 (Revision 1).
