Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

I'm trying to upload my own background image for the login page image.png (size 1920 * 1080)
When I try to load it the error is as follows:
Unable to upload backdrop image: Unable to upload backdrop image: Unable to write to: /osta/uploads/MFM_ITSupport_1920_1080.png

I just used the latest version of Awesome OS, all pages are working fine except theme, I can' open the logo options tab or cusom CSS, or any other theme tabs doesn't open at all, I already cleared cashe and deleted browing history and cookies, but same issue exist, help pls.
