Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

When i make a topic in the knowledge base its perfect but as soon as i look at the topic when i am logged out the images are much smaller and they
become unreadable on a phone. I notice that there is a search bar that divide the page.

For now go to Admin Panel > Theme > Custom CSS and add the following:
