Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

I thought I had previously posted this issue, but I can't find it listed. When you pull up a ticket in OS Ticket Awesome and the field has more information than is listed, you have the pencil icon to view content. This does nothing in OS Ticket Awesome, however, if you hit SHIFT-O to go back to the original OS Ticket and click the pencil, the pop up box comes up showing all of the information.

I could not reproduce the issue on my end. In fact, I've never seen information in a ticket become truncated.
Apparently you sent a video, which I greatly appreciate. I don't know what happened on my end, I must have overlooked it. Sorry about that. And now the link has expired.
Hopefully you still have the video in your Dropbox. If so, kindly send a fresh link and I will take a look.
