Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

We have a ticket where more information is entered than is displayed (it's truncated with ... at the end). The shortened text is linked to where you should be able to click on the item and see everything, but when you click the linked text or the pencil nothing happens. If you SHIFT-O to toggle to the original OS/Ticket, both the links (text and pencil) work. The screen goes gray and a box appears over the screen with the full text and you have the options to X out, Cancel, or Edit. This does not happen in OSTicket Awesome.
Hi @bcrawley,
That sounds interesting. I can't recall ever encountering the truncation of tickets, and unfortunately I can't seem to reproduce this functionality (but not for a lack of effort!):

Can you provide specific instructions on what steps to take to create such a ticket?
Sorry it has taken me so long to respond. I did a video showing the behavior of what I'm talking about. You can see what it is doing in this video.
