Hello,
we have the Problem if you print the Ticket via PDF, the time under print date is wrong. The timezone on php-settings are correct. Only the print date is wrong... the correctly time were 09:57 also UTC+1
Can you help?

This is definitely not an osTicket Awesome issue.
I recommend you either research this as a vanilla osTicket query, or ask for advice in the osTicket forum.
