Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

Very odd issue, but the green dot signalling a new reply just went missing - There was no event that it went missing after, people on my team just started to notice it was gone.
When hovering over the empty space I do see a "New reply" text come up.
Currently running osticket 1.14.2 with OSTA 102

I can't think of any explanation for the dot not displaying. But are you certain that there are unanswered replies? I realized just now that the "New Reply" tooltip shows up even if there isn't a reply waiting.
Either way, the dot will be replaced with an icon in the next release.
You're right the message shows up regardless, but yes we have 200 active tickets and not one has the green dot, our test server which I've done exactly the same things to before putting it on the live one still has the green dots... I think I'll wait for the new release and hopefully that fixes it.
