Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

Im not sure if this should be a feature request or a bug request haha, but on the Tasks page there is no way to add a task. There is a New Task option when it is the expanded layout, but once it goes to mobile the search bar takes up the whole area. Im not sure if you could just add a button next to the others?
