Resolved osTicket 1.10.5 and 1.11 have been released

I just noticed the same thing yesterday! I don't know if Enhancesoft sent out an email notification, but I know that I did not receive one.

I should have a version of osTicket Awesome for 1.10.5 ready this week. I'm not sure how long it will take to prepare a release for 1.11.0. It includes some significant changes and new features, so I can't make any promises at this point.

In any event, as a paying customer you will receive email notifications as each become available.

Unfortunately, I just purchased osTicket Awesome and did not realize that you were not yet supporting v.1.11.

Any idea on when 1.11 will be available? Will 1.10.5 run on top of osTicket 1.11?

I have been working tirelessly on a 1.11 release, which is almost ready. It has taken far more time to prepare an upgrade for this version than I would ever have anticipated. But I'm hoping to have it out by Monday.

thank you stevland for the release today, any advice on how to properly upgrade the theme? I am running now on 1.10 and would now proceed first with upgrade to latest osticket and then update the theme?

Hopefully you still have a separate osTicket core installation. You'll need to upgrade that installation to osTicket v1.11 using the standard instructions provided by Enhancesoft. By doing so you will upgrade your database and prepare it for the new features that are included in v1.11.

Assuming your osTicket Awesome installation is in a directory called /support, rename it to /support-backup.

Create a new directory called /support.

Upload the files from the osTicket-Awesome-1.11-v1.0 release into the /support directory.

Copy your ost-config.php file from /support-backup/include to /support/include.
