Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

Hello,
I have to upgrade to 1.17 because of the OAuth2 thing, I can't fetch any more tickets because of that.
Unfortunately when upgrading to 1.17 I CANNOT LOGIN...
No errors... that show me why.
I tried a fresh install new osticketawesome site and fresh database, and it's working fine, but an upgrade leaves me stuck at the login page.
Please help asap
It's an osTicket issue.
Workaround: clear your browser cache and try again.
