Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

this is the second upgrade I did this year and now the same issue. I need all the attachments. I click and it always tells me failied-file incomplete.
I just got it working by logging in to the Cpanel and moving the "attach" folder.
Here is what happened:
The upload of the backup "attach" folder from Windows (using Filezilla) to the support directory. None of the files download.
I then tried to copy and paste from the support_old folder using the cpanel and got permission denied.
I then tried to move and from the support_old folder using the cpanel and it moved and everything worked.
What is the issue? I have a ton of old attachments from prior years I would like to put back online. I am guessing there is a permission issue.
It sounds like you may be using the Attachments on the Filesystem plugin, is that correct?
I'll mark this as resolved, but you can still reply if you so choose.
