Resolved User Attachment not work

OsTicket 1.11 - Awesone 11.1

The user who opens the ticket and attaches a file is not attached to the ticket. The configuration is admin is ok and the system shows no errors, send the ticket but without attachment.<br /> Instead if the operator attaches the file, this works.<br /> The problem is with all browsers of any size. Even from the attached smartphone it is not sent.

If you want I have a clean test of osTicket 1.11 and a test of Awesone 1.11

Hi guys,

To fix this issue, please edit /open.php and replace its contents with the code on this page.

Or wait for the next release (osTicket-Awesome-1.11-v1.1), which should be available by the end of April.

Hi Stevland,

I have replaced the contents of the open.php file but the attachment that the user loads does not arrive in the admin panel. Help please

To anyone who is having this issue: please upgrade to the latest release (osTicket-1.12-Awesome-101).

@Absolute has confirmed in a different thread that this issue is now fixed.
