Resolved Ticket Counting with custom fields

Hi,

Ticket counting does not work when custom fields are included in the filter, it only takes the default fields for counting.

@hunterrd,

I'm having a hard time understanding what exactly you are trying to point out, even though you have taken the time to post screenshots.

Are you certain this is an osTicket Awesome issue? It looks like it may be an issue with osTicket itself.

I'm sorry, I think I misunderstood what we were talking about. 

There was an issue previously where custom fields would not show up. This has been fixed in the new release.

But you were pointing out that that ticket counting is not behaving as expected when filters are customized.

I believe this is an issue with osTicket itself. The best response is to report it in the osTicket forum or report it on GitHub.
