Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

In Search Tickets, when searching for any data, the focus remains on the first suggestion, so when ENTER is filtered, it is filtered by the suggestion and not by the text that we entered in the search box.


You explained this issue really well. And I agree, this is something that I have found annoying many times.
This is not an osTicket Awesome issue, however. It is an issue with osTicket itself. I encourage you to report it in the osTicket forum or on GitHub.
