Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

I guess this little icon here should only be there if the ticket is a parent ticket (another ticket was merged into it)?
It does display for every ticket on every ticket page for me..

I am using the newest version 1.15.1 Revision 1.

Hi and sorry for not giving an update for so long..
I just tried that.
I cleared the browser cache but the problem is still there.
The icon shows for every ticket.
I am using the latest version of Vivaldi (Chromium based).
Btw: The green arrow also shows for every ticket but as I am unsure what is means this could be correct.
