Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

i want to change the sorting of the ticket overview categories in the agent portal - if i try to change the sorting and save the page, i'm getting the following error:
And of course the wished sorting does not appear.

Is that an OSTA thing? or an OST problem?
Anyway, anyone has an idea how to fix that problem?
