Hello,
I found a translation error on the ticket system. If you go to verifying ticket status from https://osticketawesome.com/1.10.5/view.php.
On a ticket check, you can see that "Ouvrer" shourld be "Ouvrez".

Thanks for reporting this. But, unfortunately, this is an issue with osTicket's language pack and can only be properly fixed through the following channel:
