Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

Hi,
I would like to disable the automatic scroll down when I open or save (after changing e.g. status) a ticket.
Is this already possible somewhere?
Instead I would like to have a scroll down button just like I have a scroll up button in the lower right.
Currently it's really annoying when you have a lot of custom form fields to set/change that you are scrolled down to the bottom all the time after every change.
Thank you & best regards
Alexander
+1 on this request, not sure why osTicket included this as a forced option in the first place. It appears to have some settings tied to this in /scp/js/thread.js
But the true/false settings at the top have no effect by my testing.
Not sure if you saw this https://osticketawesome.com/forums/topic/prevent-auto-scroll-when-opening-tickets/
Thank you for posting that, dfite. I forgot that I already came up with a solution for this!
There is a small typo in your link, but this one should work:
