Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

It seems there is a problem in v1.14.1
My browser shows the following javascript-error on every possible ( staff- ) page (Tasks, Users, Settings, etc).
Uncaught ReferenceError: Redactor is not defined at redactor-osticket.js?f1e9e88:344

I did a fresh install on a new (empty) database
I cleared my browser-cache
My environment :
osTicket v1.14.1 // osTicket-1.14.1-Awesome-101<br />
PHP 7.3.9 // MySQL 5.5.64 // Apache/2.4.38 (Debian) web server
