Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

I'm in the testing phase of the initial 1.14.1 release. The current goal is to have a release ready by Monday Dec 2nd. But definitely next week!

That is correct, but actually I'm already patching a few glitches that have been reported by early adopters.
Please hold off until Revision 2 (osTicket-1.14.1-Awesome-102) in the next few hours.
