Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

currently my osTicket and DB is on Windows IIS
To migrate everything, including current configurations, tickets etc ..
Export DB via heidisql
I create a copy of -> inetpub
On the new machine:
-1- reinstall all services 6 php etc ...
-2- paste the inetpub copy
how to import instead what was exported from the old machine with HEIDIsql?

I myself have very limited experience on IIS servers... just enough to make the installation instructions on this site!
