Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

Hello, the changelog looks like PHP version is limited to 8.0. Does anyone have tried 8.2.x and can tell if it fully works with osTicketAwesome Version ...? At 1.16 I get tons of deprecated warnings...
Thanks in advance!
osTicketAwesome Version 1.17.3 seems to not compatible with PHP 8.2.4. At least I get aprox. 20 errors / warnings about deprecated things.
Consulta la version 1.17.3 es compatible con PHP 7.0.33? Es posible que por esto me de al actualizar ERROR HTTP 500??
gracias
@it-support@lindner-esskultur.de,
The system requirements for osTicket Awesome will always be exactly the same for the corresponding version of osTicket.
To look up older versions I look for the README.md file on GitHub:
1.17.3
https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/blob/v1.17.3/README.md?plain=1
Requirements
------------
* HTTP server running Microsoft® IIS or Apache
* PHP version 8.0 - 8.1 (8.1 recommended)
* mysqli extension for PHP
* MySQL database version 5.5
1.16
https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/blob/v1.16/README.md?plain=1
Requirements
------------
* HTTP server running Microsoft® IIS or Apache
* PHP version 8.0 (or greater)
* mysqli extension for PHP
* MySQL database version 5.5
Sí, eso es posible. PHP 7 no funcionará. Necesita PHP 8.0 u 8.1 (recomendado) para 1.17.3. (véase más arriba)
