Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

Hello,
I get a HTTP Error 500 when I try to install OSTicket AweSome on Linux or Windows.
The error appears after setting all the initial parameters like Database Settings etc..
Tried it also with a clean install, same Problem. Looks like 1.17.3 has some issues in it.
After upgrading from 1.17.1 to -> 1.17.3 Images are not Displayed. I also created a Post on that, but sadly with no answer.
