After a clean install of OSTicket awesome, clicking on an open ticket from the agent panel simply keeps loading and does not access the ticket. I have tested versions 1.14.6 and 1.15.2 on local WAMP, LAMP and on godaddy hosting and the result is the same, I can't access the tickets created. However, I have no problems accessing the tickets created from the user panel.

As additional information, after about 5 minutes of loading, instead of accessing the ticket it sends me to the new ticket creation screen.
