Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

we bought the os ticket plus subscription. Now we can´t find the right way to use osticketawesome anymore.
Is there any osticketawesome version for osticket PLUS?

What do you mean by OS Ticket Plus, is this the subscription: Cloud Hosted?
If so you have to use the original version of OsTicket as you can't change any files or themes included in Ticket Awesome.
OSTicket team in Cloud Hosted only use the original version.
