Note: Never paste the contents of your ost-config.php file here; it holds your database credentials.
Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

Using OSticket 1.12
Using Awesome version 1.12 105
Attempt #1: I uploaded the zip file to the install directory. Turned off OSticket and stopped Apache2. Unzipped it there. Restarted everrything and nothing changed. No theme tab just my same old OSticket.
Attempt #2-4: I unzipped the contents to their own directory and then tried to copy them to the install directory. Used cp -r option which reported success (no joy), then cp -rf which completed successfully (no joy), then cp -ri which gave me an overwrite verification on every file (took forever, no joy)
What am I missing. I would at least have expected any of these to break the server rather than do nothing. But it is chugging along like nothing happened.
Stupid User Trick. I assumed that the files were in the zip folder not the zip folder uploads. Working now.
Boxer, I think I'm having the same issue as you. How did you resolve it?
