Looking forward to the update. Installed osTicket 1.15, and boy it's ugly. Don't want to revert to 1.14, so I'll just be patient. Thanks, and keep up...

I fixed it. I needed to fix my Apache2 conf file for osTicket, then move the contents to the root /var/www/html/osTicket directory
