Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

Hi,
We are using Osticket Awesome v1.17.2. We are getting errors as follows:

It appears as though xyz@xxx.com is being used as a forwarded or fetched email account and is also being used as a user / system account.

We are having Distribution list as abc@xxx.com where we are having 15+ members. When any person sends email to abc@xxx.com, one of email copy is also receives on xyz@xxx.com. EMail is fetch by Osticket system and tickets gets generated automatically. We are using same email id xyz@xxx.com for sending out email to the recipient who send us email on abc@xxx.com. Our recipient able to receive our response from xyz@xxx.com.
Our concern is recipient should receive email from abc@xxx.com (Distribution List) and not from xyz@xxx.com(single email id).
Will it possible that third person should get details of Distribution group instead of individual account?
When we check our logs, we are getting Syslogs error repeatedly.
Please help. If you need more information do let us know.
