Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

Hi there,
in the demo version there is a button in the right
corner on the bottom in a ticket. When you press the
button, you can go to top of the page again.
When you hoover over the button it is called "Go to top".
How can it be activated in in our environment?
I can not find a setting for this.

Hi Ole,
You'll find the option at Theme > Custom Text and Links.
But note that the icon doesn't appear until the page is quite long, which perhaps explains your confusion.
