Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

I've never seen that. Try clearing your browser cache.
If that does't work, try adding this to /osta/user-styles.css:
form#users-list table.list td,
form#users-list table.list td a,
#mobile-only table.list a.preview.cursor,
#mobile-only table.list a.preview.cursor a {
border: initial !important;
}

Ok, so option 1) Clear cache didn't work.
Option 2) works very well.....

All fixed, I don't know why it happened but it was the first time with this revision 4.
