Quite simple @stevland,
When I reply to a ticket the same colour is used in the time, date, username bar as my client/customer. Previously this was not the case. It was a different colour (my tech support colour was always the same across tickets, but the client/customer's was different).

"View email recipients" is too long for the box. But it also hides behind the response box.

Here's a fix for the reply color:
.thread-entry.response .header {
background: #b2e9f1;
}
.thread-entry.avatar.response .header:before {
border-right-color: #b2e9f1;
}
The drop down menu will be fixed in the next release as well.
No drama mate. That works just fine.
Would be brilliant if this was part of the customisation ability to the theme in the Admin Panel. The more customisation the better in my opinion.
