The new version of AwesomeOsticket for 1.14.1 does not allow responding and does not show the theme tab.<br />
this bug is also present in the staff demo

Thank you for taking the time to report this with a screenshot. Sorry for the trouble.

This will be fixed in Revision 2 (osTicket-1.14.1-Awesome-102), which will be released in the next few hours.
