Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

While writing a FAQ inside the WYSIWYG there is a strange box that takes up about half of the viewable area seen in the screenshot below. I can't tell what purpose this box serves. I have identified which CSS controls this and will post a screenshot of that as well. I did alter the number in the screenshot to verify that was the tag having an affect on that space- although it seems to directly control the space to the left and need to be a relative CSS measurement rather than a specific PX count?

Welp this doesn't seem to be an osTicket Awesome issue. I just realized I should check against the native osTicket and it seems to be the same there. I'm only leaving this open if someone comes after and has the same question. I'll be reaching out to osTicket to ask for more info.
