Hello,
It's me again 🙂
We have an issue with the attachments on the client side.
I mean that the enclosed files are available and displayed correctly in an faq on the agent side but not on the the client side.

Hi @joncoux,
I see what you mean. It looks like I have some more work to do! Sorry for the inconvenience. I will try to have a fix for this soon.
