Every time I update to a new version, I have this problem with the search feature.
I have to use the advanced search in order to view the results.
osTicket v1.17.3 // osTicket-1.17.3-Awesome-102
PHP 8.2.4 // MySQL 5.7.41 // LiteSpeed web server

Hmmm. I can't reproduce this issue.
Does the same thing happen when you search in the osTicket Awesome Demo?
