Hello, using the osTicket version Awesome 104, I realize that, if I look for a word of the object of the ticket, this does not work properly.
Searching by email this works correctly, but not differently, and this on osTicket 1.12 works correctly!


I've also tried it from mobile, and it has the same behavior!
Within osticket the search also works by subject!

If you would like me to look into this for you I will need you to create a temporary agent account (Admin Panel > Agents > Add New Agent) using info@osticketawesome.com. Be sure to give the account full administrative privileges.
