Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

After replying (posting to a ticket) How can I get it to send me to the open ticket list vs just reloading the page? The previous version allowed after click to load the open tickets page.
This is actually a vanilla osTicket question. In other words, this behavior isn't something that is changed by osTicket Awesome and therefore it isn't the type of thing I will usually support.
It was an interesting question, however, and I did find the answer for you.
The behavior is set on a per-user basis, and therefore can be found in
Profile > Preferences > Reply Redirect > Ticket | Queue
