the symbols are missing when i scroll down in ticket detail view. I tested with different browsers. All the same. On mobile view iPhone/iPad, too.

Ah, yes I see the issue. I didn't anticipate this and I'm not sure how to go about fixing it in the future.
The reason that you are not seeing the icons in the Sticky Bar is that they are hard coded to be white.
Perhaps in the future I will add an option to change the color of the icons, but for now it is quite difficult and there are many more improvements that have a higher priority.
I'm afraid that the only fix in this situation is to change the color of the Sticky Bar to any color other than #FFFFFF.
