Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

After the upgrade to the newest osticket awesome the menu is looking off, specially at the tickets section.
Did I miss any step?

Please clear your browser cache and let me know if doing so fixes those display issues.
It's looking much better today! and I didn't do anything, only restarted the computer I guess.

You were automatically added to the mailing list when you purchased osTicket Awesome.
The only problem is... I don't ever seem to send out notifications anymore. You might consider using a free service like WatchThatPage to monitor the Downloads page.
