Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

As you see on my screenshit, at the place your normally can transfer a ticket theres is now a dropdown where you can close a ticket... like open, in progress, closed...

Alternatively you can click in current department name to select department to transfer

This will be fixed in the next release. In the meantime it is a very easy fix:
- open /include/staff/ticket-view-inc.php
- remove data-dropdown="#action-dropdown-statuses" from line 93
