Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

I'm sure I've done something wrong but the image on the first landing page the EU sees is missing. I did clear the cache this time. 🙂 Please see attached image. The inspect shows a bunch of gobily goop.

The image isn't a part of osTicket Awesome, it is something that you've added to your osTicket.
Have you tried going to Admin Panel > Settings > Pages > Landing to add the image again?

I removed it, cleared cache, added it, cleared cache, image missing icon is back.
