Hi there,
When i open a Ticket of an User i can not merge it with another tickets of these user.
I do not have the Formular to do that.
The Tickets are in the same Department.

Unless I am missing something, I don't believe that osTicket has the ability to merge tickets.

Ok that crazy, cause befor i istall awesomeosticket we had this function! in osTicket.... CRAZY
