Resolved Issue with Export in the last version of Revision 2

After clicking export i get empty box, all our employees reported the same issue,

after selecting any export to tickets we cant export as we get white box, this is high priority please solve ASAP,

Hi @kai.gyt,

I see that the same behavior is present in unmodified osTicket, which you can see for yourself in this demo installation:

Therefore, this is an issue with osTicket itself — it is not an osTicket Awesome issue. Please report it in the osTicket Forum or, better yet, open an issue on GitHub.

Ok i will contact osticket for that and open on github, however there wasnt any issue on the 1.12

Yes, I see that you are correct: the issue is not present in 1.12.3:
