I have updated to the latest version and since there I cannot export ticket. How can I resolve it.

What exactly happens when you try to export a ticket in your own installation?
Are there any relevant errors in your logs around the time that you try to export a ticket?
What version of osTicket Awesome are you using?
What web browser are you using?
