Every time I post on a new ticket it takes me to the sign- in page (even in incognito)

osTicket v1.14.1 // osTicket-1.14.1-Awesome-102
PHP 5.6.40 // MySQL 10.1.43 // Apache web server

Hi Randy,

Sorry for the delayed response.

Are you still having this issue?

Did the issue start happening spontaneously, or after an upgrade, or...?

Do you still have your original osTicket installation (e.g. /support-old/scp)? Do you get the same unexpected behavior there?

Are there any relevant errors in your Apache logs?

I haven't heard of osTicket Awesome ever causing this type of glitch, but if you provide me with more information I'll try to think of things to suggest.

After upgrade

no

I am hosting with namecheap

What kind of information? May I can try to reupload the the whole awesomeosticket install again or would that hurt something?

You should have access to Apache error logs. If you can't find them, ask namecheap where they are located.

Uploading osTicket Awesome from scratch won't hurt. Just backup your /include/ost-config.php file before you do anything.

Also, you should download osTicket v1.14.1, upload the upload/ directory, rename it to osticket-vanilla/, and then copy your ost-config.php file to osticket-vanilla/include/.

Now you can go to yourdomain.com/osticket-vanilla/scp and try posting a new ticket. Does it work?

Agreed. I had this problem years ago and resolved by upgrading to PHP 7.x.
