Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

Hello, I bought thema and realized that in the Portuguese version there are several screens that have some fields with the wrong position. Below are just a few examples. I wish you could review the screens in my language.

In the first screenshot the "adicionar usuario" button is misaligned.
This will be fixed in any of the next releases.
Or you can open \osta\css\staff-desktop.css and change line 1944 from
.dialog input[value="Reset"] {
to
.dialog input[type="Reset"] {
But unfortunately, in the second screenshot I am not sure what you are referring to. Please describe it in words.
