Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

Tengo problemas que al adjuntar un archivos en la generacion del tickets, ese adjunto no me llega en el mail de nuevo tickets.

Eché un vistazo y así es como funciona osTicket por defecto. Ningún archivo adjunto está incluido en el correo electrónico. Probablemente haya una forma de agregarlo a la plantilla de correo electrónico. Pero sería una pregunta para hacer en el foro de osTicket.

I had a look and this is how osTicket works by default. Any attachment is not included in the email. There is probably a way to add it to the email template. But it would be a question to ask in the osTicket forum.
