Hi!
if you "print" a ticket, the default logo will be shown, but not the theme settings logo.

Hi @doublebind,
This will be fixed in the next release, which is due in the next few days.
In fact, the entire print / PDF template will not be styled. Hopefully, when you see the changes, you'll agree that creates much nicer print documents.

This is now fixed in osTicket-1.14.2-Awesome-102.
In fact, you can now upload one version of your company logo for the online ticket system and another high-contrast version for print jobs.
Also, print jobs themselves have been styled to look better.
