Oops, @kkrumm is a customer who has helped a lot of other customers in this forum in the past.
But in this case, unfortunately, he must not have been aware of the new CTRL+O feature.

CTRL+O should still work in osTicket-1.14.4-Awesome-101. It seems that there must be something atypical about your setup.
