Resolved Color priority and change priority

Hi,

I have a problem to I view the color of the priority, only I view the normal priority:

 

Also, when I change the priority, it doesn't change in the ticket:

the priority in the ticket is High and isn't Emergency like showed the preview image:

Please, I need a solution now. This is affects the working of my platform.

At least, I need that appear the priority color.

Version Osticket: 1.10.1

Version OsticketAwesome: 1.10.1v4

Permissions of files: 644

Permissions of folders: 755

Owner: www-data

I'm sorry for the delay in responding!

While I am not sure what is causing this glitch on your end, all of this code has had to be reworked for 1.11.x.

Please upgrade to the next osTicket Awesome release when it becomes available next week and it will likely fix the issue.

I should also add that the ability to change priority from the main ticket screen was a mod that I developed.

Unfortunately it hasn't been working properly for some time, and actually osTicket v1.11 broke it completely.

Unfortunately I have removed it for now but I plan on adding it back very soon.
